Early Head Start is a free program offered to pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and their families. The program includes one-on-one weekly home visits, parent and child playgroups, support for pregnant women, developmental screenings, personalized preparation for childbirth, doula services, lactation counseling, parent-infant massage instruction, Happiest Baby TM educator, baby wearing instructions, and parent education and involvement.
